Module Error Code (o_ud16 ModuleErrId) list

Some FBs in this FB library return an error code to Module Error Code (o_u16ModuleErrId) when a module error occurs
(with o_uErrId being a hexadecimal value of "FFFF"). Module error codes that may be output are listed below.
