2 large onions
1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
1 pot of tomato sauce
(250g/9 oz)
1 tbsp fresh chopped

300g (11 oz) mozzarella

Pizza

Oven Accessory: Enamel Shelf
Cooking Time: 18-23 mins.
Serves: 8

1. Finely chop the onions, add olive oil and cook for 3

minutes, covered on 1000 W.

2. Pre-heat the oven to convection 250°C without the

accessories.

3. Roll out the pizza dough to fit the enamel tray.
4. Spread the sauce over the dough, add the onions, the

mozzarella slices and remaining ingredients.

5. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
