When "MEWNET device open circuit error" appears 

Follow these steps to clear the error status. 

PROCEDURE

 

1.  Verify that the power of the control unit is switched on. 
2.  Verify that the computer and the control unit are connected via a USB cable. 
3.  Select "Online" 

→

 "Communication Settings" from the menu bar. 

The "Communication Settings" dialog is displayed. 

 

4.  Confirm the port number and click [OK] button. 

Make sure the computer and the control unit can communicate.
