Is the tank, tray or humidifying filter dirty? (P.21~23)
When under the setting of “Clean Air.”, please empty the water in
tray and tank.
Is the water in the tank replaced with new tap water every day?
Is the HEPA composite filter or humidifying filter dirty? (P.23~24)
Clean it. If the situation persists, replace the filter with a new one.
Is the body, front panel or HEPA composite filter dirty? (P.24)
Clean it. If the situation persists, replace the filter with a new one.
(The harmful carbon monoxide generated by cigarette cannot be
removed)
Has the product ever been used in a room with strong odor?
If the product is used in a room with strong odor such as aromatic
smell, cigarette smoke or barbecue smell, the filter replacement
period may be shortened.
If you use the product in such environments, it is recommended
to open the air ventilation system or open the windows to
ventilate the room at the same time. If there is still strong odor
to be blown out after the maintenance, please replace the HEPA
composite filter and deodorizing filter, even if the filter
replacement indicator does not light on.

Is the anti-fungus assembly installed properly? (P.22)
Is the humidifying filter installed properly? (P.23)
When the humidifying is installed incorrectly, the product will
sound abnormally, and not humidify.
The product will stop humidifying when reach the set humidity.
(At this time, if the air in the room is clean, the louver will close and
the product enters the standby mode.)

Is the room ventilated, or has laid the carpet onto the floor?
If there is floor carpet, the humidity may be difficult to increase
