Deleting a Dictionary

Delete a dictionary.

1.

Select “Delete Dictionary”.

2.

Select whether to delete only the dictionary currently selected or to
delete all dictionaries, 1 through 5.

When dictionaries 3 through 5 are selected:

Select “Selected Dictionary” to delete the currently selected dictionary.

For “All Dictionaries”, refer to the next step 3. “When dictionaries 1 and 2 are

selected”.

selected

The following message is displayed.

Select “YES” to delete the content currently registered and return to the initial

settings (default settings at shipping).

What are the initial settings?

Returning to the initial settings means Dictionary No. 1 is set back to OCR

Select NO to delete and empty the content of the dictionaries. If re
