Fixing the boom, hydraulic hoses, and cables

1. Mounting bolt CPHI0471 (10 kg sledgehammer) + cover CP spacer EK-347M + screw ES-

637M (position A)

2. Mounting bolt CPHI0473 (10 kg sledgehammer) + cover CP spacer EK-347M + screw ES-

637M (position A)

3. Mounting the hydraulic hoses / cables from the stand-on platform -> boom / cylinder.

4. Establish voltage supply on main boom by connecting connectors XC2 and XC3.

5. Fit lightning protection system in end position.

6. Fit obstacle light in end position and connect modules NAi.

7. Provide power supply for SCADA.

Caution!

Installation of the screws must be carried out with the utmost care! An

incorrectly mounted load arm may cause accidents!

Fit screws as per list of torques.

Torque moment of the screw ES637M is 505Nm

Paint to be repaired on this connection area
