Removing/activating write protection
To protect the measurement network, the operating system is read-only. To
be able to change the system settings (e.g. date, time or brightness), the
write protection has to be canceled.

Close the firmware but do not close Windows ("

Start the batch file by double-clicking
desktop > startup > Fidas
> systemprotection_disable.bat
.

The Windows terminal opens and the batch file is run.

Touch any key to close the terminal.
4.
Restart the operating system.

Write protection is now removed and the system settings can be
changed permanently.
Activating write protection
Once the system settings have been changed, write protection has to be ac-
tivated again.

desktop > startup > Fidas
> systemprotection_enable.bat
