Other Issues
(A) Internet Connectivity Issues
i) No Ethernet connection
ii) Network router not configured correctly
iii) Router external ports/ firewall not set up correctly
The Array Summary screen on the Gateway has
four diagnostic indicators (
A , B , C , and D ).
Normally these four items are shaded green, but
will turn red if the Gateway detects an issue.
Table 3 on page 21 describes the normal status
for each indicator.
The
SD
indicator (item
B
in Figure 37) shows that there is a problem with the Gateway memory card.
This is described in the next section.
