To call up the "Settings" menu, the [Slow Speed]
and [Fast Speed] buttons have to be pressed at the
same time for 1 second.

To navigate through the menu, move the joystick up
and down.
•
The desired setting function (e.g. [Set Time]) is
selected by moving the joystick to the right.
•
Specific settings (value changes) are made by fur
ther joystick movements up/down or right/left.
•
To save, select the menu item [Exit] and move the
joystick to the right to confirm.
Menu item [Set Time]
Moving the joystick to the right calls up the screen for the clock settings. Here the time that is displayed can be
changed with additional joystick movements.
Menu item [Display Time]
By moving the joystick to the left/right, the time display format can be changed or the display turned off. The avail
able options are [12hr], [24hr] or [Off].
Menu item [Distance]
Moving the joystick to the right calls up the screen for the odometer settings. The following options are available:
•
[Total Distance]: Display of the overall distance travelled with the control device.
•
[Trip Distance]: Display of the distance travelled since the last reset to zero.
•
[Display Distance]: Moving the joystick to the left/right determines whether the total distance or trip distance
appears on the display.
•
[Clear Trip Distance]: The trip distance can be erased by moving the joystick to the right.
•
[Exit]: Save and return to the "Settings" menu by moving the joystick to the right.
Menu item [Backlight]
By moving the joystick to the left/right, the intensity of the LCD backlight can be adjusted. The adjustment range is
0% to 100% in steps of 10%.
Menu item [Background]
The available options can be selected by moving the joystick to the left/right:
•
[Blue]: The screen background is blue for all profiles.
•
[White]: The screen background is white for all profiles.
•
[Auto]: The screen background can be preprogrammed by qualified personnel.
Menu item [Exit]
Save the settings and exit the "Settings" menu by moving the joystick to the right. The display switches to the first
driving profile (e.g. "1 Drive").

Turn the control unit off when it is not needed.
The power wheelchair is controlled by an R-Net control device in combination with the JSM-LED-L control panel.
Because the control unit is programmable, it can be adapted to the personal requirements of the user; e.g. the
speed, acceleration and deceleration values can all be adapted.
