Please Note:

After an INIT of Disk 0, the system must have software re-installed from
floppy disk. If you cycle power without the boot disk, the system responds
with:

Refer to the software upgrade/installation information in Appendix A for assistance if
necessary.

B.2.4 Copy Hard Disks

This feature enables you to copy the contents of up to three SCSI disks (24 tracks of
audio) to up to three other disks on the SCSI chain. This feature enables you to
upload or download the contents of the internal disk drives from/to three drives in
an external drive bay.

IMPORTANT!

When performing a Copy Disks operation, any audio that exists on the target
drive(s) will be PERMANENTLY erased. This operation CANNOT be undone!

Please Note:

You must UNMOUNT the disk’s file system before attempting the copy
operation.

To perform a Copy Disks operation, select the item from the Diagnostics menu.
The system will scan the local SCSI bus, and will respond with:

Use the cursor keys to enter the desired parameters, then press ENTER to begin the
copy operation. The system will prompt you for confirmation.

Please Note: A 1GB disk takes between 8 and 10 minutes to copy.
