12. Remove the probe from the instrument by gently pulling the probe connector straight out. Do not pull the
cable.
9) View Measurement
Enter the patient card and choose the implant to investigate. A blue circle indicates
the implant is selected and the tooth number is shown above. All measured data is
found on the display. The fi rst measured ISQ value is shown to the left . To show the
remaining ISQ values, slide your fi nger to the left /right. Below each ISQ value, the
date of measurement is shown. All values are presented in a graphical view:

10) Measure in the Classic Mode

1. Connect the Probe to the instrument.
2. Start the instrument .
3. Tie a piece of string or thread through the SmartPeg Mount. The thread should be
placed around the wrist when the SmartPeg Mount is used.
4. Connect a SmartPeg to the SmartPeg Mount

. The SmartPeg is magnetic, and the SmartPeg
Mount will hold the SmartPeg as it is carried to the implant. Attach the SmartPeg to the
implant or abutment by screwing. Use approximately 4-6Ncm of torque

. Do not over-tighten,
to avoid destroying the SmartPeg threads.
5. Hold the probe close (3-5mm) to the top of the SmartPeg without touching it

. An audible sound indicates
that a measurement has been performed and the value, time and date are shown on the display.
