Decommissioning

If the metering unit will not be used for long periods, for example during the winter, the following measures
are necessary.

Electrodes

Take the electrodes out of the flow fitting and insert them in the case in which they were delivered.

Flow fitting

Empty the flow fitting.

Metering pumps

Rinse out the metering hoses thoroughly with hot water. Empty the metering hoses and remove them from
the metering pumps.

Wear parts

The following components are wear parts for which no guarantee can be provided:

•

electrodes (combination electrodes)

•

metering pump hoses

•

buffer solutions
