2. The status of the entire HDDs in DVR or NVS04R should be changed to [V] to configure mirroring
function. If there is a case of the status of HDD is not [V], the mirroring function is not available at
all. The user should change them all in [V] using Remove function at Action menu.
However, if the status of HDD has changed to[F] through formatting to Fat32 for CD/DVD or
external storage such as eSATA, IEEE1394, USB is excluded.
3. Belows are the configuration method for Selecting Mirroring Device.
- Off : No mirroring. The data is saved at entire HDD added in sequence.
- DVR : Mirroring works for Int and Rack HDD installed in DVR. (excluding NVS HDD)
- NVS : Mirroring works for NVS HDD connected to DVR.( excluding DVR HDD)
- All : Mirroring works for the entire HDD that is connected to DVR and NVS.
4. Refer to the NVS04R installation and user guide for mirroring function of NVS04R.
