It’s recommended to install newer Java version (e.g. version 6 update 11 or above) for better
performance.

Hardware installation

The IP-KVM can be placed on the desktop or rack mounted on a 19”/1U rack:

Screw the mounting brackets into the side of the unit at the front, as shown below

Slide the unit into the rack and secure it to the rack

2.7

Cabling the connection to stand-alone computers

When connecting cables ensure the IP-KVM and host computer are powered off
