Warning buzzers
When starting the engine or while d riv ing:

if driv er’s seat belt is not fastened,
z
if passenger’s seat belt is not fa stened
when the seat occupancy recognition
system d etec ts tha t the passenger’s seat
is occupied,
z
if the doors or the luggage comp artment
hav e not been p roperly closed when
starting-off,
z
if the hand brake is applied
at speeds
ov er 8 km /h (5 mph),
z
while opera ting the indicators.
When the vehicle is parked and the d riv er’s
door is opened:
z
if the head la mps or parking lam ps a re
switched on,
z
when the k ey is in the ignition switch
,
z
if any door remains open when the doors
are locked with the remote control

Windscreen wipers
To switch on, p ush lev er upwards.
Switch to next setting up or down:
gently p ush lev er.
In case of light rain or mist, m ov e lever
downwards from position

to position

and release: Sing le swipe. Hold for
additiona l wiping cyc les. Lever returns
autom atic ally to position
O
w hen released.
Return the lever to its original position to
switch off.

Ad justable wiper interval
To set the wiper interval to a value between
3 and 10 seconds:

Larger bars near the top represent more
