Driving and operation

Comp etitive m od e

Competitiv e mode allows the driver to have
full control of the rear wheels while ESP

continues to assist in maintaining the
driving sta bility of the v ehicle by brak ing

the front wheels as necessary.

To activate:

Press button

twice within 5 seconds.

Control indica tor

illuminates in the

instrument panel. The trac tion control
aspect of ESP is dea ctivated for high

performance driving.
The driver informa tion centre show s

"COMPETITIVE MODE". See pa ge 69.
Ad just your driving a ccording ly.

To deactivate:

Briefly press button

again or switch off

the ignition.

Warning

When the traction control aspect of ESP is
switched  off, it is possible to lose traction.
