Function Uploads settings from the host.
After outputting the READY signal, the Controller will automatically
switch to XMODEM communications and output after a
normal end.
Function Sets the time and date of the internal clock.
Set four digits for the year and two digits for all other time and date
elements. The seconds may be omitted.
Function Saves the read conditions, system settings, and history data in flash
memory inside the Controller.
