MONTAGGIO COLONNE
Sfilare dall’alto delle colonne (1-2-3-4) le aste di
sicurezza (12) come in Fig.43.

Preparazione colonna comando (1).
Le colonne sono riconoscibili tra loro per la nume-
razione posta sulla parte superiore delle colonne
stesse. La colonna comando (1) é inoltre ricono-
scibile dalle altre per via delle forature necessarie
al montaggio del quadro comandi e della centrali-
na oleodinamica (Fig.44).
Montare il quadro comandi (2) mediante le viti
TCEI M8x20 (3) e le rosette Ø8x16 (4) e I dadi
M8 (5) al carter (6).
Montare il carter alla colonna mediante le viti
TCEI M8x20 (3) e le rosette Ø8x16 (4).
Fissare la centralina idraulica (7) al carter (6) me-
diante le viti TE M10x20 (8) e le rosette Ø10x20
(9).
Eseguire i collegamenti elettri-
ci ai morsetti (10) del motore,
all’elettrovalvola di discesa
(11) al finecorsa salita (12) ed
al microinterruttore discesa
(13) (vedi schemi elettrici).
Connettere il tubo (14) alla
centralina con la vite forata
(15) e le rondelle di tenuta
(16) e poi alla valvola di scari-
co manuale (17).
Fissare la guaina (18) alle
staffe (19 con il raccordo in-
clinato e 20 con il raccordo
diritto).
Inserire i cavi elettrici attaver-
so le asole (21) del carter,
proteggendoli con la guaina
isoflex in dotazione.Inserire i
cavi elettrici e I tubi provenien-
ti dalla pedana e convogliarli
attraverso la staffa (20)
all’interno della guaina e farli
uscire attraverso la staffa (19).
Collegare il tubo di mandata
alla valvola (17) ed il tubo di
sfiato (22), passandolo
all’interno del carter, alla cen-
tralina. Fissare la staffa (20)
al carter con le viti M8x20 (3)
e le rosette Ø8x16 (4). Fissare
la staffa (19) alla traversa con
le viti M8x90 (23) e le rosette
Ø8x16 (4).

Tenere fermo il particolare 5 con
una chiave(6) (Fig.44a).

POST ASSEMBLY
Remove the safety rods (12) from the top of the
posts (1-2-3-4) as shown in fig.43.

Preparation of the control post (1).
The posts can be identified by the numbers at
the top. The control post (1) is also distinguis-
hed from the others because it has drilled holes
to receive the control panel and the hydraulic
power unit (fig.44).
Mount the control panel (2) with the screws
M8x20 (3), the washers Ø8x16 (4) and the nuts
M8 (5) to the carter (6).
Mount the carter (6) to the column with the
screws M8x20 (3) and the washers Ø8x16 (4).
Fix the hydraulic power unit (7) to the carter (6)
with screws M10x20 (8) and the washers
Ø10x20 (9).
Make the electrical connec-
tions to motor feeding termi-
nals (10), lowering solenoid
valve (11), lift limit switch (12)
and lowering microswitch (13)
(see wiring diagrams).
Connect the hose (14) to the
hydraulic power unit with the
holed screw (15) and the seal
washers (16), and then to the
manual discharge valve (17).
Fix the sheath (18) to the sup-
port (19) with the inclined
connection and 20 with the
straight connection ).
Insert the electric cables thro-
ugh the holes (21) of the car-
ter, protecting them with the
isoflex sheath. Insert the elec-
tric cables and the hoses de-
scend from the platform and
convey through the support
(20) to the inside of the sheath
and let them go out through
the support (19) . Connect the
delivery hose to the valve (17)
and the drain hose (22), insi-
de of the carter and to the ca-
binet.
Fix the support (20) to the car-
ter with the screws M8x20 (3)
and the washers Ø8x16 (4).
Fix the support (19) to the
cross M8x90 (23) with the
screws and the washers
Ø8x16 (4).
