ATTENZIONE

DURANTE IL MONTAGGIO NON E’ AMMESSO

NESSUN ESTRANEO AI LAVORI.

MONTAGGIO STRUTTURA MOBILE (PIATTAFORMA)

1 - Nell’area predestinata all’installazione del ponte predisporre 4
cavalletti di sostegno aventi la medesima altezza, adeguati al peso
da sostenere (250kg. cadauno ) e disporli come in figura (A-B-
C-D).

2 - Togliere dall’imballo le colonne (1-2-3-4),la pedana mobile
(8),la centralina idraulica (10) e gli accessori .

3 - Predisporre sui 2 cavalletti (A - D) la pedana fissa (7) con le
due traverse (5 - 6)

4 - Posizionare la traversa (5) sul cavalletto (B) ed avvitarla sulla
pedana fissa (7) mediante le viti (15) M12 x 25 e le rosette dentate
(16) Ø12 x 20.
Durante questa fase é importante verificare che le funi siano in po-
sizione corretta (vedi part. “C” in Fig.42) .

5 - Posizionare sulle traverse (pos.5-6, Fig.41) la pedana mobile
(8).

6 - Verificare la squadratura e le diagonali dell’assieme traver-
se-pedane; verificare altresì che la pedana mobile (8) scorra libe-
ramente tra le traverse (5-6) quindi serrare a fondo le viti (15) di fis-
saggio della pedana fissa (7).

ASSEMBLY OF MOVABLE STRUCTURE (PLATFORM)

1 - Place 4 trestles of the same height and suitably sturdy to hold
250 kg each, in the area where you intend to install the lift. Position
the trestles as shown in the figure (A-B-C-D).

2 - Remove the posts from the packing (1-2-3-4), together with the
movable platform (8), the hydraulic power unit (10) and accessori-
es.

3 - Place the fixed platform (7) on two trestles (A - D) together with
the two cross-pieces (5 - 6)

4 - Place the cross-piece (5) on trestle (B) and secure it to the fixed
platform (7) using M12 x 25 screws (15) and 12 x 20 toothed was-
hers (16).
During these operations check that the steel cables are correctly
positioned (see view “C” in fig.42).

5 - Place the movable platform (8) on the cross-pieces (pos.5-6,
fig.41).

6 - Check squaring and the diagonals of the cross-piece - platform
assembly; check also that the movable platform (8) runs smoothly
between the cross-pieces (5-6); then, fully tighten the screws (15)
securing the fixed platform (7).
