8.1 Installation warnings
-
The product is prohibited to be tilted or laid down during the transportation,
installation and usage.

Place the product on the flat surface that can bear the weight more than 300kg/m2.
Also, you must have water intakes supply and drainage in the vicinity as well as a plug for
electrical connection.

Generally, the products are installed in the equipment room, underground garage,
these place should have water inlet pipeline, water outlet pipeline, drain pipeline and
sewage. Or they can be connected with the main water inlet of the place, such as villas,
apartments, schools or business establishments, etc. If it is necessary, you can install the
product outdoor. However, you should take some protective measures to prevent the
product from being frostbiting, basking and water.

Do not put the product near the place with alkaline and acid substance or gas,
avoiding being corrosion.

The suitable pressure for softener is between 1,5 bar and 6 bar. Booster pump or a
relief valve is necessary when the inlet pressure is lower or higher than standard.

When the pressure is less will require a pump support, and if greater than the
maximum, a regulating valve protection.

It is recommended to install a pressure regulator at the entrance of the team
to try to stabilize the inlet pressure to the equipment.

If the equipment is installed at a lower level of the building installation it is
recommended to install a check valve to prevent backflow of water into the softener
home network and this network take air.

As the inlet water hardness is related to the softening effect and softening cycle, so for
this series product, when using reagent to measure the inlet water hardness, please make sure
the hardness of inlet water is lower than 1500mg/L (150ºF).
8. INSTALLATION
