When the functions are accessed from standby mode, the following messages will appear on the display:
. With the document inserted in the ADF:
. Without the document:
In both cases, if there is a procedure in progress, the corresponding message appears on the first line of the
display.
Note:
Note that any of the procedures described in this chapter can be interrupted at any time by pressing
STOP once or twice, depending on the procedure.
CONNECTION ACTIVITIES
This function enables you to display, print or delete a list of all the connection activities, change the time at which
a connection is to be made and retry an unsuccessful transmission.
Connection activites include:
- delayed transmission from the ADF or memory
- unsuccessful transmission from the memory
- transmission from the memory still to be performed
- polling reception
- transmission from the ADF waiting to be repeated (automatic redial feature).

The facsimile machine is on. Position the mask (right-hand section of the console) to display the function
keys. The same conditions are valid for printing, deletion, connection time modification and retrying an
unsuccessful transmission.
