The report can also be displayed or printed, on request, by following the procedure described below:

The facsimile machine is on. At least one transmission operation has been performed. Position the mask
(right-hand section of the console) to display the function keys. The same conditions are valid for the
printing procedure.

Press REPORTS.
The display shows the first function on the menu.

Press START to activate the function selected. The
display shows the first reference parameter.
If the message “NO TRANSACTION” appears on the
second line of the display, when you press START, this
means that no transmission transaction has been
carried out. In this case, the facsimile machine returns
to the “REPORTS” menu functions.
3.
Press < or > to display the remaining reference
parameters:
“TYPE”
“DOCUMENT REFERENCE”
“DESTINATION ID.”
“NAME”
“DATE/TIME”
“DURATION”
“PAGE NO.”
“RESULT”
(The example given uses the “DESTINATION ID.”
parameter.
4.
Press STOP once to return to the “REPORTS” menu
functions, or:
press STOP twice to quit the menu.
