Press START to start storing the data to be
associated with the selected program key.
If you want to skip a parameter, just press START.
Each time the key is pressed, the next parameter will
be displayed.

Press START to confirm immediate transmission;
then skip to step 10, or:
Select the alternative option (DELAYED TX) by press-

Press START to confirm delayed transmission. The
display shows the current time.
8.
Enter the time at which the document is to be sent by
typing two digits for the “hours” and two for the
“minutes”.
Example : 12:00

Press START to confirm the time set.
10. Press SPEED DIAL and type in the speed dialling
code on the numeric keypad or type in the number of
the one-touch dialling key that you want to associate
with the selected program key. (Or else lower the
mask and press the corresponding one-touch dialling
key).
Example: press SPEED DIAL and type the speed
dialling code 20. The symbol
∗
on the display
indicates that a speed dialling code has been selected,
as opposed to a one-touch dialling key.
The display shows: the facsimile number and the
correspondent’s name (if programmed), stored un-
der speed dialling code 20. The symbol & appears on
thedisplay when the speed dialling code selected has
already been associated with the program key.
