1. Follow steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the display procedure.
2. Press CLEAR to delete the document.
The reference data and the document itself are deleted.
The facsimile machine presents the document after the
one you have just deleted, in the example given, docu-
ment number 0010.
If you delete the last document, the facsimile machine
immediately presents the first one on the list.
If there are no more documents in the memory after you
have deleted a document, the message "END OF LIST"
appears on the display for a few seconds and the
facsimile machine returns to the "MEMORY STATUS"
menu functions.
If you want to delete a document received in the private
mailbox, you must type the password (see the "Docu-
ments in the private mailbox"section).
3. Press STOP once to return to the
"MEMORY STATUS"
menu functions, or:
press STOP twice to quit the menu.
