REPORTS

When the functions are accessed from the stand-by status, the display will show the following data:

In either case, if there is a procedure in progress, the corresponding message blinks on the first line of the
display.

Note:

Any of the procedures described in this chapter can be interrupted at any time by pressing the STOP
key once or twice, depending on the procedure.

LAST TRANSMISSION REPORT

This report provides information on the last transmission operation performed. It is printed automatically if the
“LAST TX REPORT” parameter was enabled in the operating configuration (refer to the “Setting the operating
configuration parameters” section of the “PROGRAMMING” chapter).

If the “LAST ERROR REPORT” parameter was enabled in the operating configuration, the facsimile machine
will only print the report if transmission is unsuccessful.
