CLEARING PROGRAMMED DATA FOR GROUPED DIALLING (PROGRAM KEYS)
This section describes how to clear the data stored under program keys using the procedure described in the
previous sections.
You can clear all the keys and codes associated with a program key or just one key or code. Clearing a key
or code automatically clears the associated parameters.

The facsimile machine is on. Program keys have been programmed.
CLEARING ALL KEYS AND CODES
1.
Follow the procedure described in steps 1, 2 and 3
of the “PROGRAM KEYS" section.

to select the desired one-touch
dialling key, speed dialling code.
Or:
Type the number of the program key directly on the
numeric keypad or pressing the corresponding key.
Example: select program key 2.

Press CLEAR to clear all the one-touch keys and
speed dialling codes associated with the selected
program key.
4.
Repeat the procedure from step 2 to clear the data
stored under the next key, or press STOP twice to
quit the menu.

Press CLEAR. All the data set for the one-touch
dialling key selected is cleared.
The facsimile machine then immediately displays the
next one-touch dialling key after the cleared one: in
the example given in the manual, the one-touch
dialling key “04”.

Repeat step 3 to clear the data for the next key, or
press STOP twice to quit the menu.
