WARNING

BLADES ARE EXTREMELY SHARP. ALWAYS HANDLE WITH CARE.

5. Seat the blade frame upright as shown and tap on the two “ears” of the blade frame

with a rubber mallet to lower the top section of the frame. Secure the frame and
cartridge with one hand while using other hand to tap. Tap evenly on each “ear” until
the pins in the side slots of the frame bottom out as pictured.

The lower blade rivets will come out of the holders in the frames as the top of the blade

frame slides down while the frame is vertical on the table. If any blades appear to
stick in the lower holders, gently push them out using a tool like the hammer head to
avoid touching the sharp blades with hands.
