Service Manual for OL400e/OL410e/OL410e-PS

Chapter 3 Maintenance & Disassembly

3.2.14 Face-Down Stacker Assembly

Perform these procedures first

- 3.2.01(

- 3.2.02(

)

- 3.2.12(

)

- Remove the right reset lever (1).
- Use a needle nose pliers to detach the stacker cover reset spring (2) from
the lower base unit (3).
- Close the face-down stacker cover.
- Turn the left reset lever (4) in the direction of Arrow A until it clears the
extension of the face-down stacker cover (SEE INSERT).
- Remove the left reset lever by pulling in the direction of Arrow B. The cover open
arm is attached to the left reset lever,

but it is not shown in this diagram.

- Release the tabs and detach the cover open arm.
- Press the face down stacker assembly in the direction of Arrows C to clear the
extensions (5) of the lower base unit.
- Remove the face-down stacker assembly (6).
- Remove the damper stacker arm (7).
- Loosen the screw and remove the stacker cover damper gear (8).

NOTES:

When installing, be sure to position the grounding strip between the face-down
stacker assembly and the lower base unit.Close the assembly before installing the
