Chapter 5 Periodical Maintenance

 

Clean the LED lens array or replace the toner cartridge when white lines or stripes (void, light printing) are 
generated vertically down the page.

Note: The LED lens array must be cleaned with an LED head cleaner, provided with each toner kit.

(1) Set the LED head cleaner to the LED lens array as shown in the figure, then slide the cleaner back and 
forth horizontally several times to clean the head.

Note: Gently press the LED head cleaner onto the LED lens array.
