In summer, the flow temperature
sensor reading is higher than the
value provided by the heating
curve. This is caused by a
temperature increase in the
heating circuit.

due to, for example, a very low
outdoor temperature or, during the
first year, heat required for drying
out the building’s structures.

The compressor starts frequently
or stays on for long periods of
time.
Insufficient refrigerant charge. Check whether there are bubbles
in the sight glass even after
some minutes of use. Contact a
refrigeration or appliance service.

5.3 Alarms
Active alarms
When there are active alarms in the system, a bell icon will be displayed in the main
view.
To view active alarms, tap on the bell icon.

The
Alerts
view shows a list of active alarms in the system.
To acknowledge all active alarms, tap on the bell icon with
strikethrough.
To access the Alarm history view, tap on the recycling button.

To access the heat pump’s
alarm history
, tap on the menu button in
the main view and tap on the Alarm history button.
Alternatively, tap on the recycling button in the Alerts view.
