SaniKleen 512 Solution liquid detergent / disinfectant
Description
Balanced solution of compounds based on concentrated quaternary
ammonium salts, capable, after dilution with water, of producing a
high-yield cleaning / sanitising solution. Formulated specifically for
sanitizing and periodic cleaning of automatic systems for distributing
drinks intended for human consumption.
When used in accordance with the instructions, it quickly eliminates
odours, biofilms, microorganisms and fungi without altering the
flavour of the drink.
The product does not corrode metals, plastics, or rubber and may be
used for cleaning the exterior of the machine.
Appearance
LYellowish liquid in a plastic container of 500cc/1000cc capacity, with
safety cap.
Handling
MKeep container tightly closed in the original packaging when not
in use; avoid exposure to heat; do not eat, drink or smoke during the
preparation of the solution.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children, in a cool place, away from oxidizing
or caustic substances.
Disposal of used product
Dilute the used product with water before discharge into the sewer
system.

Warnings
For the preparation of the sanitising solution, use a dedicated container
to which an appropriate label has been applied. When finished, rinse
with running water, stop and store for the next cleaning operation. Do
not leave used solution in the container: remove the solution at the
end of each cleaning operation. Do not use the container for other
purposes.
Procedure for the creation of a solution containing a concentration of
400 ppm of active ingredient
- fill a bottle with 750 cc. drinking water
- pour a dose of 10 cc of SaniKleen 512 into the water and mix
- circulate the solution through the system to be cleaned for 20 seconds
- leave the circuit full of the solution for a minute or more
- resume the circulation of the remaining solution
- rinsed as per required procedure.

BOTTLES WITH A SEALED CHILDPROOF CAP
Material: High density polyethylene. Colour:
Neutral - for alimentary uses. Cap can be
unscrewed only by pushing and turning.
Complete emptying is ensured by tilting the
shoulders. Suitable for containing very fluid
liquids.
