The current supplied is insufficient. The display shows one of the following messages:
●
WARNING: Regulation error
The number of the isolating
transformers with open secondary on
the series circuit is excessive.
1.
Check the number of the isolating transformers with open
secondary due to missing fixtures on the circuit or burnt
lamps. If necessary, replace the damaged components.
The Pon nominal power of the constant
current regulator is insufficient.
1.
Check that the load on the series circuit has not increased
causing an excessive variation in nominal values (Po > Pon).
The constant current regulator is connected to the power supply and the display remains off.
The mother board protections have
tripped.
1.
Check the status of fuses F1 and F2 on the mother board
(T1A). If necessary, replace the fuses.
A mother board fault has occurred.
1.
Check the status of the mother board. If necessary, use
the DIAGNOSTIC function of the ALIZE 4100 software. If
necessary, replace the board.
The constant current regulator cannot be operated remotely (REMOTE mode).
The remote control interface board
protections have tripped.
1.
Check the status of fuses F1(T100mA) and F2 (T500mA) on
the interface board. If necessary, replace the fuses.
An error has occurred in the
configuration of the remote control
type.
1.
Check the WIRE REMOTE parameter setting in the CCR
REMOTE menu. If necessary, use the ALIZE 4100 software.
If necessary, replace the board.
Insufficient remote control voltage.
1.
Check that the remote control voltage is within the permissible
range (20-60V
DC
o 120V
AC
).
The constant current regulator inhibited the supply (STOP mode). The display shows one of the following messages:
●
FAULT: Power board!
The power board protections have
tripped.
1.
Check the status of fuses on the power board. If necessary,
replace the fuses.
A mother board fault has occurred.
1.
Check the status of the power board. If necessary, use
the DIAGNOSTIC function of the ALIZE 4100 software. If
necessary, replace the board.
2.
If, after replacing the fuses, the fuses burn out again during
testing, proceed to replace the board.
If after trying the proposed solutions the problem persists,
contact OCEM Customer Service.
