Warning, fault and alarm messages
Next to the type of problem there is a short message explaining the fault detected.
In the case of WARNING, the possible messages are:
●
LFD level 1: with the LFD (Lamp Fault Detector) option enabled, it signals the presence of a number of burnt
lamps higher than the value set for the threshold level 1.
●
LFD level 2: with the LFD (Lamp Fault Detector) option enabled, it signals the presence of a number of burnt
lamps higher than the value set for the threshold level 2.
●
Meas. lamps: the measuring sensor is unable to provide the required values.
●
EFD level 1: with the EFD (Earth Fault Detector) option enabled, it signals an excessive earth resistance
value compared to the value set for the threshold level 1.
●
EFD level 2: with the EFD (Earth Fault Detector) option enabled, it signals an excessive earth resistance
value compared to the value set for the threshold level 2.
●
No EFD: the measuring electronic board is unable to provide the required values.
●
BAD Freq.: the supply line frequency is outside the permissible range or an asymmetrical wave shape is
detected.
●
TC-TS board: the wired remote control is faulty/not present.
●
Regulation error: the measured values exceed the limits (I
BnMIN
-I
BnMAX
) defined for each available setting
(B0...B7).
●
Power Drop: indicates a sudden drop in output power of more than 10%.
●
Temp. level 1: the transformer temperature is higher than the value set for the threshold level 1 (AENA
version only).
●
Temp. level 2: the transformer temperature is higher than the value set for the threshold level 2 (AENA
version only).
●
Power Temp.: the heatsink temperature is above 90°C.
●
Temp.Sensor: the heatsink measuring sensor is faulty.
In the case of FAULT, the possible messages are:
●
Power board!: the electronic board inside the power module is faulty.
●
Power fuse!: the power fuse is faulty.
In the case of ALARM, the possible messages are:
●
I>>Level 1: the constant current regulator is unable to adjust/stabilize the output current which has reached
the overcurrent level 1, as per set parameters.
●
I>>Level 2: analogous to above, referring to level 2, as per set parameters.
●
I>>Level 3: analogous to above, referring to level 3, as per set parameters.
●
Peak value: analogous to above, referring to level 4, factory preset value.
●
I<<Open Cir: the constant current regulator has detected too low output current for too long a period (current
and time values set in parameters, situation compatible with open circuit condition).
●
BAD interface: the remote control is faulty/not working properly.
●
BAD SUPPLY: the supply voltage is outside the permissible range (± 10%).
