Solving problems with the Reinforcement
Unit

If a Reinforcemnt Unit is installed, following errors can occur:

■

Paper jams

■

Tape jams

■

No reinforcement strips on the output

This section explains how these errors can be solved.

Clearing paper jams with the Reinforcement Unit

When a paper error occurs, the following message appears: ‘Paper jam’. A
picture of the engine appears on the display with three doors blinking (see
figure 189).
