If MxMR defines PUPMWAIT/PGPL4 as an
output (PGPL4), this bit functions as G4T1:

The value of the PGPL4 line at the rising
edge of T1 is zero.

If MxMR[GPL_x4DIS] = 1, PUPMWAIT is
chosen and this bit functions as DLT3.
