6 Mounting Threaded Bolts to the Interface Plate

6.3 Mounting situation: Interface plate on the inter

mediate ceiling mount
6.3.1 Versions
(See "Figure 14")
The following Figures illustrate the interface plate

, Single (round
shape), for installing the motor arm and motor arm with extension arm
versions.
The steps required for installation on the interface plate

Single
(squared shape) are identical.
6.3.2 Mounting the threaded bolts
(See "Figure 14")
The 6 (Single version) or 12 (Duo version) threaded bolts M16 x
330mm③ must protrude from the interface plate

at an exact distance.
The Single / Duo canopy

to be mounted later is flush with the interme

and covers the ceiling tube flange.
Pendant system dropping
In order to ensure sufficient strength, the threaded bolts
M16① must not exceed a maximum length of 330mm.
1. Screw 1 hexagonal nut M16② each onto the 6/12 threaded bolts
M16 x 330mm③ and then place 1 spring ring① each.
2. All threaded bolts M16 x 330mm③ must be completely screwed in

to the interface plate

The threaded bolts M16 x 330mm③ for the:
• Single version = 220mm
• Duo version = 220mm
must protrude from the interface plate

.
Pendant system dropping
The pendant system can drop if the fixing elements have
not been properly tightened:
• Tighten all hexagonal nuts M16② with a tightening
torque of 195Nm.
3. Check that the threaded bolts M16 x 330mm③ are securely in
place at the correct distances.
• For the Single and Duo version 195mm the threaded bolts
M16 x 330mm③ must protrude from the interface plate
1
.
• The 6/12 hexagonal nuts M16② must be tightened to 195Nm.
4. Continue the installation as described in Chapter 6.3.3 on Page 31.

