Controlli di manutenzione periodici

Ogni tre mesi, eseguire controlli di manutenzione periodici su questo prodotto in conformità al seguente elenco. Se si riscontrano anomalie, 
contattare il proprio distributore autorizzato NSK.

Voce di verifica

Descrizione

Superficie esterna

Controllare che non vi siano graffi, danni o anomalie sulla superficie esterna.

Ciascun componente di 
collegamento

Verificare che non vi siano graffi, danni o deformazioni su ogni componente di collegamento.

Inserto

Controllare l'inserto e controllare che non vi siano anomalie presso il componente di collegamento.

Rotazione

Dopo aver collegato ciascun componente, serrare l'anello girevole, chiudere il fermo (posizione del mandrino: 
chiusa) e ruotare il motore per circa 1 minuto premendo il pedale di comando o l'interruttore manuale del 
motore. Controllare che non vi sia generazione di calore, rumore o vibrazioni anomale.
Controllare che il motore si arresti normalmente dopo il rilascio del pedale di comando o dell'interruttore 
manuale del motore.

Ricondizionamento

Eseguire il ricondizionamento in modo appropriato in conformità al "OM-SZ0911MA Primado2 REPROCESSING MANUAL".
