Zarge nach dem Zusammenschrauben und

Einbauen in der Laibung mit mineralischem

Mörtel (Mörtelgruppe > II nach DIN EN

998-1 und 998-2) hinterfüllen (von oben

eingießen oder von der Seite einspritzen).

Ggf. Distanzhalter in die Zargenöffnung

klemmen.

Backfill the frame after screwing it togeth-

er and inserting it in the jamb with mineral

mortar (mortar group > II conforming to

DIN EN 998-1 und 998-2) – either pour

from above or inject from the side. Where

necessary, clamp distancing piece into the

frame opening.

U vindt een gedetailleerde beschrijving van

de montageprocedure aan de hand van een

voorbeeld van een tweedelig muurom-

vattend 2140B-kozijn op pagina 45ff.

Vul het kozijn na het vastschroeven en

monteren in de dagkant met minerale mor-

tel (mortelgroep > II conform DIN EN 998-1

en 998-2) – giet het er van bovenaf in, of

spuit het in vanaf de zijkant. Klem indien

nodig de afstandhouders in de kozijn-

opening.

Let op:

Open de deur pas weer nadat de

mortel is uitgehard en verwijder dan de

afstandhouder tussen deurblad en kozijn.

Bij het tweedelige muuromvattend 2140B-

kozijn: Monteer na het vullen van het hoek-

kozijn het speciale 2140B-tegenkozijn.

Conform het attest kan dit leeg blijven.
