74 Nortel TDM Recorder
To view a call using Viewer
1 Open Viewer and in the address bar of your browser, type
http:// <machine name>/ Nortel .
Note: <machine name> is the name of the computer where Viewer is
installed. You may need to enter the recorder serial number.
2 Make a test call and in the Viewer window do the following:

Click the Viewer tab

In the Queries section, click the Last 10 Calls By Extension query.
„
Click Run the Query .
„
Click the Speaker symbol on one of the rows to replay the call.
The call displays in an energy envelope at the bottom of the page.
