Record
Time Default time is 3600 seconds. This field is optional.
Fall Back
Time Defines the maximum delay for tap-sense after which an
alternative mode of recording is used. Default time is 30
seconds. This field is optional.
Rollback
Buffer User defined field measured in milliseconds (0-1000) that
allows the user to configure a number of seconds (default is
1000 milliseconds) to automatically capture voice for a period
before the start record command comes in. This allows the
recorder to compensate for delays in CTI or Unify processing
and automatically rollback the voice and start recording a brief
amount of time before the actual start record request is
