Install a Nortel TDM Recorder-compatible database (optional) before
installing the Nortel TDM Recorder. If you do not install SQL Server, a
default MSDE database is installed. Refer to the following table for
requirements specific to your database type.
Configuring Microsoft IIS
If you upgrade from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003, you must complete
the following additional steps.

Server Select Mixed Mode as the authentication mode.
Install MSXML 2.0. (from your SQL installation discs) or
later. This enables XML support for your SQL server
database. Search Microsoft.com using keyword
SQLXML.

MSDE Install MSDE, the default database, as part of the Nortel
TDM Recorder installation process. Limitations of MSDE
include a 2 GB maximum size and maximum 60 channels.
