Error Value and Action: If a large value, and no correct port packet have
arrived indicates mis-match between SCCS and Nortel Remote Agent Observe
configurations re multicast IP port configured.

Note:

In normal SCCS operation, if more than the Agent-Moving Window

RSM stream is turned on, then this variable will be incremented. So this only
indicates an issue if the MulticastCorrectArrive value is zero.

4. Check that there is a route to the multicast IP address in the route tables
