Nortel Contact Recording TDM Recorder
A single server TDM Recorder of up to 360 channels will support the co-
existence of the following applications and components:

Nortel Contact Recording Master
„
TDM Recorder Manager
„
Database
„
Viewer
„
Custom adapter (Unify component) – if applicable
These components can reside on their own server platforms, apart from the
TDM Recorder, if the size of the solution dictates such a configuration or if
circumstances make a different configuration desirable. For example, you
might have an SQL server farm or enterprise instance where you want to
locate the database component.
