Nortel Contact Recording IP Recorder
A single server IP recorder of up to 180 channels (codec dependant) will
support the co-existence of the following application and components:

Nortel Contact Recording Master
„
IP Recorder Manager
„
Postgres Database
„
Viewer X search and replay application
„
Custom adapter (Unify component) – if applicable
In some cases, the Nortel Contact Recording Master might reside on its own
server, and only perform CTI/recording control functions. You would then
configure additional servers as slave recorders. The channel capacity of
those recorders should match the specifications listed in the following
tables, and they should align with the specific site environment (codec in
use, packet interval, and so on).
