B.2 TO INVITE INSTALLER

The installers will be added in the

AX and all the installers have an AX

id. The staff should enter the email

id (Used to create AX id), AX id and

the shop id on the respective fields

to invite the installer.

B. USER CREATION

Staff, Installer, Supplier and

Customers are main users come

under the NorsupOne application.

The staff will be from the Megagroup

and staff has authority to invite the

Installer and the Supplier. Installer is

the person who invites the Customer.

B.1 TO INVITE STAFF

The Megagroup admin can invite

the Staff.

• Click on the Customer option,

choose Staffs

• Click on Invite Staff and enter the

staff’s email address

• Click on Invite

B.2 TO INVITE INSTALLER

The installers will be added in the

AX and all the installers have an AX

id. The staff should enter the email

id (Used to create AX id), AX id and

the shop id on the respective fields

to invite the installer.
