Alarms and Limits
To correct error conditions, perform the following steps or see “Clearing Error Codes 06, 08, or
10” section:
1. Turn the device off and then back on again to remove the error code.
2. If the error continues, disconnect all power (AC and battery), and then reconnect the
power and turn the device back on.
3. If the error is not cleared, note the error code and contact Nonin Technical Service at (800)
356-8874 (USA and Canada), +1 (763) 553-9968, or +31 (0)13 - 79 99 040 (Europe).
Clearing Error Codes 06, 08, or 10
Error codes 06, 08, and 10 cannot be cleared by turning the device off and then back on again.
To clear these codes, follow the steps below. Please read through the instructions before
beginning.
1. Press and hold the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons at the same time while momentarily
pressing the ON/STANDBY button.
2. Continue holding Plus and Minus until the numerical display shows

4. Continue holding Alarm Silence until

displays. Release Alarm Silence button.
5. To use the device, turn it off and then on again using the ON/STANDBY button. If error has
not cleared, contact Nonin Technical Service.
