Service Manual – SC3000

Removal and Installation

Removing and Installing the Brush Deck

Disassembly

1.  Drive the machine on a level floor or on a 

hoisting system to facilitate the disassembly 

procedures.

2. 

Remove the side skirt assemblies, the cylindrical 

brushes and debris container.

3.  Turn the ignition key to “I”, lower the cylindrical 

brush deck by pressing the scrub On/Off push 

button 

 and then turn the ignition key to 

“0”.

4.  Disconnect the red connector (A).

5.  Disconnect the solution hose union (B).

6.  Remove the safety pins (C).

7.  Unscrew the mounting nut (D) and recover the 

washer.

8.  Turn the ignition key to “I”, lift the deck holder 

(E) by pressing the scrub On/Off push button 

 and then turn the ignition key to “0”.

9.  Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left to 

remove the cylindrical brush deck.

10. 

With a second operator who helps to keep 

the deck holder (E) further lifted, remove the 

cylindrical brush deck (F).

Assembly

11. 

Assemble the components in the reverse order of 

disassembly.
