III. Device Connections

To Connect with the Motorized Epi Illuminator

To connect the product with the motorized epi illuminator (LV-UEPI2A), perform the following
procedure:

1

Check that the motorized epi illuminator is mounted on the microscope base (the motorized
focusing module, or such) correctly.

2

Check that the power switch on this product is turned off (the “ ” side is pushed).

3

Connect the connector on the side of the UEPI2A to the UEPI2A connector on the back of
this product using the special UEPI2A connection cable, that is 2.8 m in length.
To avoid interference between the cable and the motorized devices, draw the cable carefully
