The touch screen keypad has a voice answering machine which lets the user
record and listen to the messages. This function is accessed directly from the
main screen, by touching the icon
.
To record a new message:
01. Turn on the touch screen keypad, touch the icon
and then “New” in
the main screen;
02. Assign the name to the new message to be recorded then touch “ OK ”.
03. In the appearing screen, touch key to start the recording; then at 30 to
50 cm from the touch keypad, read the message in a clear voice. At the
end, touch to stop the recording.
04. Finally:
- touch
to listen to the message again;
- touch to save the message definitively;
- touch to delete the message. A new message can be recorded.
The symbol in the status bar indicates the presence of new messages.
To listen to a new message:
01. Turn on the touch screen keypad, touch the icon
and then in the
main screen;
02. Scroll through the messages in the list and choose the one to listen to:
- to listen to the message touch ;
- touch to delete the message.
When the new messages have been listened to, in the lower part of the main
screen the symbol disappears.

The touch screen keypad does not need particular maintenance; in any case,
you are advised to clean the surface of the product, using a slightly damp cloth;
do not use detergents or solvents.
