Concerning full-scale value

The full-scale value of the time-series display screen is set as follows:

If the alarm-generating level is not set: Alarm-generating level
If the alarm-generating level is not set: Full-scale value

If the alarm-generating level is set a red line indicating the level is depicted on the
time-series display screen that enables the alarm-generating level and instantaneous
value to be compared.
